Italy and Ireland print Kate topless photos

Help

An Irish newspaper has printed copies of the pages from French magazine Closer showing photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless while on a private holiday.

The Irish Daily Star took the decision after an Italian magazine said it planned to publish the pictures in a special issue next week.

The magazine is owned by the same publishers as the French magazine. St James's Palace said on Friday it was taking legal action against them.
