London 2012 Olympics parade: Ennis "proud to be British"

Britain's Olympic gold medal winning heptathlete, Jessica Ennis, has praised the performances of TeamGB and ParalympicsGB, saying she is "proud to be British".

Speaking ahead of a parade by athletes through central London, she thanked the public for their support throughout the Games.

Ennis also confirmed that she wanted to "give the hurdles a serious try in the future".
