Joining firefighters on the front line amid budget cuts

Panorama's Declan Lawn investigates the latest equipment being used by the West Midlands Fire Service to battle small fires.

While the Brigade Response Vehicle is welcomed by firefighters, some worry that it could be used to replace bigger crews and heavier vehicles at a time when tight budgets have meant fewer resources.
