2012 set to be the 'wettest summer in 100 years'
The summer of 2012 is set to be the second wettest in the UK since records began - and the wettest summer in 100 years - provisional Met Office figures suggest.
There was more disruption on Thursday in Cumbria when a train was derailed after a landslide, and there was flash flooding elsewhere in the county.
