People with learning difficulties at Paralympics again

Help

People with learning difficulties will be taking part in the Paralympics for the first time in 12 years.

The category was banned after the games in Sydney, when it emerged that the Spanish basketball team had lied about their disabilities.

This time 120 athletes with learning disabilities from 34 countries will be taking part.

Joe Wilson reports.
