Paralympic flame comes to Cardiff
A ceremonial cauldron has been lit by cyclist Simon Richardson to mark the Paralympic flame's visit to Cardiff.
Cauldrons have already been lit in London, Edinburgh and Belfast ahead of the Opening Cermemony in London on 29 August.
