Uninsured driver victim tells of ruined education
Harriett Thompson was hit by an uninsured driver when she was 12 years old.
She suffered many injuries, and has had an ongoing compensation claim which has been delayed because the driver was not insured.
Four years on, she is angry that she missed out on her GCSE's. She said: ''It isn't fair. Why have I got to suffer and he hasn't?''
