Footage from soldier's helmet camera shows Afghan battle
Some of the fiercest fighting of the conflict in Afghanistan has been revealed in footage shot by soldiers and released to the BBC by the Ministry of Defence.
Soldiers from Arnhem Company from the 2nd Battalion, Duke of Lancaster's Regiment, were sent deep into enemy territory in Helmand to flush out the Taliban in 2010.
The operation claimed two soldiers' lives and another three were wounded.
