Dance round your bicycle
The Bicycle Ballet, a dance show performed on bicycles, is touring the country.
Dancers put on a choreographed display using their bikes - which also feature as props. At the end of the show they are loaded with fireworks that detonate as a grand finale.
Members of the public are invited to join in and take part in the performance.
The show's creative producer, Karen Poley, told the BBC World Service she wanted to inspire people to use their bicycles more.
"There are over 27 million bicycles in the UK but only six million of them are being used on a regular basis," she said.
