Sid Waddell tribute from Barry Hearn
Sid Waddell, known as the "voice of darts" who had been batting bowel cancer since last September, has died at the age of 72.
He was an intelligent man from humble beginnings who worked in references to Buddhism, Marxism and Greek mythology during his commentaries, said Professional Darts Corporation chairman Barry Hearn.
