Eddie Izzard on keeping Olympic spirit alight
The dedication of 70,000 Gamesmakers has been widely acknowledged as the key to a successful Olympics.
One of the people to train the volunteers was actor and comedian Eddie Izzard, who has been dedicated to the campaign from the start.
Thousands of clubs and community groups are opening their doors for the UK's biggest celebration of local sport and he wants as many people as possible to turn up this weekend to make the sure the spirit of the Olympics carries on.
Martine Dennis spoke to Eddie Izzard to see why he wants everyone to join in.
