For some athletes the end of London 2012 not only marks the end of a successful games but also the end of their careers.

The likes of Victoria Pendleton and Michael Phelps have announced that they are to retire from their respective sports.

The BBC's Graham Satchell looks at what Olympians do next, after they've already realised their dreams.
