Team GB's photocall on the roof
Team GB's Olympic medal winners have attended a photocall on the roof of Team GB House in Stratford, following the UK's most successful Games ever.
The team has won 63 medals, 28 gold, 16 silver and 19 bronze and on the final day of the Games there are still hopes of further golds to come.
Team GB's chef de mission Andy Hunt said it was the "greatest performance of our greatest team at the greatest Olympics ever".
