Police charge man with Tia murder
Police have charged Stuart Hazell, the partner of Tia Sharp's grandmother Christine, with the 12-year-old's murder, following her disappearance a week ago.
Tia Sharp was last seen at Mrs Sharp's house, in New Addington, Croydon, on 3 August and on Friday police found a body at the house.
Mrs Sharp was also arrested on suspicion of murder but has now been released on bail, while Mr Hazell will face magistrates on Monday.
