Hague on £5m Syria aid: 'Right thing to do'
The Foreign Secretary, William Hague, has announced the government is increasing support for opposition fighters in Syria.
William Hague said there will be an extra £5m for more radio and satellite equipment, as well as portable power generators and medical supplies.
But he said assistance for the largest rebel group, the Free Syrian Army, would not include any weapons.
