MoD body parts soldiers 'identified by end of day'
The identities of the soldiers whose body parts and tissue samples were kept without permission after their deaths in Afghanistan will be confirmed by the end of Thursday, the MoD has said.
Major General James Everard told the BBC the families of the 30 service personnel affected would receive a formal letter of apology and be given the chance to clarify what they want done with the samples.
