Supreme Court president Lord Phillips attacks tabloid press
On the eve of his retirement, the president of the Supreme Court, Lord Phillips, has launched a strong attack on the tabloid press. Speaking exclusively to the BBC, he said that the tabloids "have their knives into the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)."
The BBC's legal affairs correspondent, Clive Coleman, went to the Supreme Court on Lord Phillips' last day as a sitting justice.
