Help

An eleven-year-old boy has succeeded in boarding a flight for Rome from Manchester airport without a ticket, passport or boarding pass.

He was discovered while the Jet-Two plane was in mid-air, after passengers became suspicious.

A spokesman for the airport said an investigation had begun and some staff had been suspended.

The Transport Secretary, Justine Greening, described the incident as incredibly concerning.
