No passport checks at UK small airfields
The Conservative MP Patrick Mercer has told Victoria Derbyshire that rules around air safety should be tightened up immediately ahead of the Olympics.
It comes after BBC Radio 5 live reporter Paul Greer was able to fly in and out of the UK on a small private plane without having to show his passport.
The government says passengers on board were checked and were not identified to be a risk but Mr Mercer said that was not good enough.
