Hacking scandal charges to be revealed

Andy Coulson, the former communications director to the prime minister, is among 11 former News of the World journalists who will be told today if they will face charges in connection with the phone-hacking scandal.

So far, six people including former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks and her husband, have been charged.
