Bradley Wiggins wins Tour de France: PM 'delighted'
David Cameron has congratulated Team Sky's Bradley Wiggins on becoming the first British rider to win the Tour de France in the race's 109 year history.
Speaking shortly after the race ended in Paris, the prime minister said he was "absolutely delighted" that Wiggins had "scaled one of the great heights of British sporting achievement".
