The backroom science behind Team GB's Olympic hopes
With less than a week to go until the Olympics, all eyes will soon be on Team GB and how many medals they will pick up.
In Atlanta in 1996 they won only one gold, but in Beijing four years ago they picked 19.
The improvement may have been down to the involvement of the English Institute of Sport, which uses cutting edge technology to boost athletic performance.
