The UK's industrial-scale illegal tyre dumps
Used tyres that motorists have paid to be recycled are instead being dumped across the British countryside. Some of the illegal dumps are so big, they can easily be spotted by satellites.
Raphael Rowe of the BBC's Panorama programme has been tracking the big-money business that has been described as fly-tipping on an industrial scale.
