Work on Stonehenge visitor centre begins

Help

Work is beginning on a new visitor centre at Stonehenge, one of the UK's most popular tourist attractions.

At the moment visitors can park nearby and walk to the site. But the new plan would see a nearby road closed completely, and a new centre built a mile and a half away, which will tell the story of the stone circle.

Louise Hubball reports.
