Heathrow immigration queue slow hand-clapped

A queue waiting to pass through immigration at Heathrow airport started to slow hand-clap the two-hour delay.

Joe Korson told PM's Eddie Mair that he started the protest in an attempt to vent his frustration and bring the situation to the attention of managers, but Immigration Services Union spokesperson Lucy Moreton warned against intimidating frontline staff.
