Olympic torch relay: Man arrested after incident in Hemel Hempstead
A man has been arrested following an incident as the Olympic torch was carried through Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Hertfordshire Constabulary told the BBC that the arrest was made after the individual "tried to enter the security bubble around the Olympic flame".
The relay continued uninterrupted following the incident.
