Philip Hammond announces details of Army cuts

The British army is set for major change over the next few years following a restructuring review known as Army 2020.

The defence secretary Philip Hammond is announcing details today of how the Army will be restructured as it shrinks from 102,000 to 82,000 soldiers over the next few years.
