David Cameron considers big cuts to benefits

David Cameron has set out what he sees as the failings of the welfare system.

The Prime Minister has made a speech this lunchtime, suggesting that the current system promotes a "something for nothing" culture of entitlement, which encourages people to have children and not take a job.

One of the ideas he said he was considering is whether the under 25s should receive housing benefit.
