Olympic torch relay: Audio tour of route through Scotland
The Olympic torch relay is touring Scotland over seven days starting on 8 June in Stranraer.
Along the way the flame will visit Glasgow, Inverness, Stornoway, Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh and travel to the Western and Northern Isles.
For BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine show, Professor Philip Stott takes a look at the history and beauty of the route in this special audio tour.
On 12 June, the Jeremy Vine show will come from Scone Palace, the crowning site of kings of Scots in Perthshire.
