How Royal Britannia's barge plays part in Jubilee pageant

Help

Preparations for Sunday's Diamond Jubilee River Pageant in London where a thousand boats will travel down the River Thames are almost complete.

More than 1,000 boats traditional and modern will escort the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh aboard a specially decorated royal barge down the River Thames.

The barge was used to transport the Queen to and from the Royal Yacht, until being decommissioned in 1997.

Tim Muffett reports.
