After breaking the British heptathalon record and beating both the current world and Olympic champions, Jessica Ennis likes to stand in a wheelie bin of ice water, which is said to be good for her muscles.
With the countdown to the Olympic games well underway, the heptathalete told the BBC that she will be working hard every day.
