Attack on my 93-year-old mother 'broke my heart'
The family of a 93-year-old Birmingham woman who was battered in her own bed has appealed for help to catch her attacker.
Emma Winnall sustained multiple injuries including a fractured skull and a broken arm after last week's assault.
Speaking at a news conference, her daughter, Joyce Blencoe, said what had happened to her mother had ''broken'' her heart.
She added that the attack was a "horrific nightmare" and appealed for anyone with information to contact police.
