Hundreds of disabled workers to protest over Remploy closure
More than 1,500 disabled workers face losing their jobs this summer with the closure of a third of all Remploy factories.
The Government wants them to work in mainstream employment instead of being isolated in dedicated workplaces.
But unions say there is no way disabled people will be able to find work in the current climate, and hundreds are expected to demonstrate over the planned closures.
Charlotte Leeming reports.
