Muslim teen targets sporting barriers

A 19-year-old woman from Lancashire has won an award for her work encouraging Asian girls to play football.

Rabiya Ahmed from Preston says she is determined to break down barriers in sport as well as improve social cohesion in the local community.

Ellie Crisell reports.

The Rotary Young Citizen Awards will be presented on the BBC News Channel at 11.30am on Saturday 14 April.
