Whitstable man sells seaside lifestyle in one package

A complete new lifestyle beside the seaside could be yours, for £675,000.

Steve Graham, from Whitstable in Kent, is marketing his ice cream shop, three bedroom cottage, beach hut, and dinghy in one ready-made package.

After losing his wife, and battling cancer himself, Steve says he now wants to move on from what many people might think is the perfect lifestyle and take on a new challenge.

Instead of selling his assets individually, he hopes to pass on the complete portfolio, his 'Whitstable Dream', to someone else.
