Butler training: How to be a gentleman's gentleman
The Royal Household is advertising for a trainee butler - or footman - to provide "the highest standards in the service of wine, food, valeting, messenger duties and reception".
The role pays £15,000 per year for a 45-hour week, mostly at Buckingham Palace, but with up to three months a year at other royal residences.
