Clegg: 'Rape is rape' and 'No means no'
More than 60% of sexual abuse is carried out by under eighteens, according to research carried out by the NSPCC.
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, said teenagers really need to understand that "no means no".
He said there was far too much confusion and many teenager girls were put under pressure to have sex.
