Max Clifford: Phone hacking 'cancer' being cut out

Public relations guru Max Clifford has described the phone-hacking scandal as a "cancer" within journalism.

Speaking to the Leveson Inquiry into media standards, he said it involved a "tiny minority", and that some journalists had been forced to take part.
