Baker creates chocolate-covered sprouts

A baker from Kent who was trying to find a way to get his son to eat his vegetables has come up with the idea of making chocolate-covered sprouts.

The sprouts are uncooked, washed, peeled and coated in confectionery and they have proved surprisingly popular.
