The toughest place to be a binman – Jakarta
Jakarta binman Imam Syaffi is one of a small army of rubbish collectors tackling the huge waste problem facing the Indonesian capital.
Wilbur Ramirez, a London binman, has travelled 7,000 miles to spend 10 days working with Imam and experience the harsh reality of Imam's working life - from dragging his rubbish cart by hand through the sweltering streets to cleaning out the open drains.
Toughest Place to be a Binman is on BBC Two at 21:00 GMT on Sunday 29 January or watch online via iPlayer (UK only) at the above link.
