Help

There have been emotional scenes at Heathrow as British survivors of the fatal Costa Concordia cruise ship accident in Italy arrived home.

Three members of the crew, who spoke to the BBC as they were greeted by members of their families, said there was panic as the ship hit rocks.

All Britons on board - 23 passengers and 12 crew - have been accounted for.

Six people have been confirmed dead in the sinking off the coast of Tuscany, and Italian officials said 15 people remain unaccounted for.
