Lansley sets out PIP implants measures

The Health Secretary Andrew Lansley has been setting out what help will be on offer for women who have had PIP breast implants.

Addressing MPs in the Commons, he said he aimed to help and reassure patients - both NHS and private - who have been given faulty implants.
