How it feels to give away £50 million

After Christmas shoppers at a Devon supermarket were given envelopes with £50 notes by an anonymous person, BBC Breakfast asked two philanthropists what encouraged them to give away millions.

Dame Stephanie Shirley and Dr Frederick Mulder said philanthropy is "contagious" and have only recently begun to talk about their generosity to encourage others to do the same.
