Tony Blair and Ian McEwan remember Christopher Hitchens

The British journalist and author Christopher Hitchens, who has died at the age of 62, was renowned for his provocative journalism, particularly on the subject of religion.

Last year, Mr Hitchens took part in a debate on religion with the former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair.
