Teen burglar tells victims it was their fault

A teenage burglar has written a letter to his victims in which he blamed them for his crime and crime said he felt no remorse.

West Yorkshire Police released the letter in an effort to warn people about the dangers of leaving their properties vulnerable to intruders.
