Farmer on 2011 weather: 'It's been the most unusual year'
This year has seen one of the warmest autumns on record, particularly in the south and east of England.
The mild weather has now led to crops such as raspberries and strawberries ripening out of season.
Fruit farmer Jonathan Lukies, from Bishop's Stortford, in Hertfordshire, told BBC News that 2011 had been the most unusual year of his career.
