What may have caused the fatal M5 crash?

Although the cause of Friday's fatal crash on the M5 has not been established, bad weather, a nearby firework display and speed may all have been factors.

Seven people have been killed and 51 injured in the 34-vehicle pile-up on the M5 in Somerset, police have confirmed.
