Mousa lawyer welcomes findings in Gage report
Phil Shiner, the lawyer representing Baha Mousa's family, has welcomed many of the findings in Sir William Gage's report.
Speaking at a press conference Shiner said, "Prosecutions in civilian courts are an absolute imperative."
Baha Mousa died with 93 injuries in British army custody in Basra in 2003.
