How Muslim athletes cope with an Olympic Ramadan

Ramadan will coincide with the London 2012 Olympics, forcing Muslim athletes to work around their religious fasting.

The month-long festival stipulates that Muslims should abstain from food and drink during daylight hours, but in exceptional cases the period can be deferred.
