IPCC says gun found at scene was not fired
The Independent Police Complaints Commission which is investigating the fatal shooting of Mark Duggan, says there is no evidence that he opened fire on police.
His death is widely believed to be the catalyst for the first night of riots in London.
A gun was found at the scene, but it was not thought to have been fired.
IPCC commissioner, Rachel Cerfontyne shared further developments with BBC News.
